BEMWG provides the following services to communities and
organisations:
Provide advocacy and active community engagement in regards
to issues of accessing services and equality
Help develop community growth through active dialogue with statutory bodies and other
voluntary sector in the field.
Undertake community consultation events with BME communities statutory bodies on issues
regarding health and social care
Help build the capacity of BME groups and organisations and provide support for their funding
bids.
Provide training and development opportunities
Provide cultural compitance training.
